Four years before we built, we searched for the right lot that would be the site for our dream home, there was a wide choice of lots in various developments, we were charmed by the folks that lived in Heritage Shores and its topography. Good water with a view were also important factors in our choice. This Home has been a real pleasure. Heritage Shores is a wonderful neighborhood with great folks and comfortable sense of belonging. The house is all electric & has proven to be very comfortable & efficient in all kinds of weather. Adding to it's efficiency is a smart hot water heater which learns your pattern of usage. Outside are many features that have added to our wonderful life living here. The landscaping provides a colorful setting with something flowering almost year round and yet the maintenance is a pleasure, not a burden.A 10 field sprinkler system for the entire lot fed from the city water lines or pumped from the lake. With a very gentle lot and a close corps line, young to older will love how easy it is to enjoy the water. There is plenty of water frontage with riprap and a place with a gentle slope to wade in.
