Extensive use has been made of imported travertine tiles, rounded edges to outside corners, pot shelves, and alcoves; all providing additional points of interest. An additional advantage to living in South Carolina is favorable taxation; our property taxes are less than $4,000 per year. We also own a full amenity lot in the gated, golf tennis, and pickle-ball community of Keowee Key which may be purchased if desired.
