In the month of February there were 187 units sold at an average price of $175,451 and a median price of $114,500. The average days on the market was 161.
There is currently over 4200 properties on the market.
In 2011 there has been 357 units sold at an average price of $160,979 and a median price of $112,500. The average days on the market was 159.
