Welcome Joshua Lother to the Gwen Fowler Reast Estate, Inc. Family

The newest member of the Gwen Fowler Real Estate, Inc. team is Joshua "Josh" Lother. He joined our small, close-knit, team in December and is already proving that he just needed some guidance to begin growing in the field of Real Estate. While working in the office recently he handled a walk-in like a true up and coming pro. Sure he was a bit nervous, but who wouldn't be? We enjoy watching him grow and expand his reach in the Golden Corner of SC.

Josh is a family man with a young son, that is the apple of his eye. As you can see from the pictures he loves his family.

We are looking forward to mentoring Josh and helping him settle into his role here in our office. As the youngest, and lest experienced of my agents, he amazes us as he looks at things through fresh young eyes. Teaching all of us, a new perspective on things.

We are all enjoying the addition of Josh to the Gwen Fowler Real Estate Inc. family. I am actually enjoying being a mentor to Josh and watching him grow and expand in the business. He didn't have a mentor at the last office he was working with and was lost for 3 years. So, we are extremely excited to see what 2019 has to offer for Joshus Lother.
