The Townes at Oakmont is a DR Horton, planned townhome community of 69 units. You can choose between a three-bedroom model (1381 SF) with 2.5 baths and a single garage or a four-bedroom model (1554 SF) with 2.5 baths and a single garage. All bedrooms and laundry are on the 2nd level.  The Townes at Oakmont is a great community to consider if you are buying your first home or investing in a rental property for your Clemson students.  [Seneca City does not allow VRBO or short-term rentals inside the city limits—28 days or less.]

When you visit the model home at Townes at Oakmont, understand the agent on duty represents the seller, so if you want an agent to represent you, you must take them with you to visit the townhomes.  Do NOT go alone on the most expensive purchase you will make this year.

The Townes at Oakmont is less than 10 minutes from the Campus at Clemson, Prisma Hospital, Seneca Campus, and 20 minutes to the Oconee Nuclear Station. The Townes at Oakmont has a great location as you are on the Clemson side of Seneca, past most traffic and congestion.
