Things are getting better in real estate and the numbers show it. The number of days a house is on the market is down by 32% while the average price is up 8%.

If you have been looking and thinking about moving, now might be the best time you will ever see. Inventory numbers are coming down as the prices go up, waiting will cost you this selling season.
