How to Find your Deed Online
HOW TO GET A COPY OF YOUR DEED
Type “Oconeesc.com” in the address bar without the quotes
On left side choose DEPARTMENT LISTINGS
Choose K-Z
Choose REGISTAR OF DEEDS at the bottom of the page
Choose “ CLICK HERE TO SEARCH DEEDS ONLINE”
Choose name if you know the name of the property owner--> Simple
Enter Last Name --> TAB --> Enter First Name (first initial is ok, but the more name the less number of files you have to scroll through)
Click Search
Select the ones that match
Click Display
CHOOSE BOOK/PAGE
Enter the book number --> Tab Enter the page number --> click search
SUBDIVISIONS
You can get the C&R from the subdivision files. Click subdivisions --> type in the name and search. All references to the subdivision will come up.
You can view and print deeds but not plats.
Select a deed, by checking the box or by clicking view image
To Print Right click
To print current page --> Print --> Print Page
To print Selected Pages --> print--> print page range --> enter beginning and ending page numbers
To print document --> Shift P
